The pleasant little town of Pelling is famous for magnificent views of the snow-capped Kanchenjunga range, the third highest peak in the world. Pelling is about 130 km away from Siliguri and 115km from Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, and is well connected by bus and jeep services. Placid Pelling pulls most of the visitors for its representative status in history, nature and culture of the state of Sikkim.  pel5 pel6 pel2 pel1 pel3

Gangtok, Sikkim

Gangtok is the capital of Sikkim located at an altitude of almost 6,000 ft is one of the finest, beautifully designed cities in India. Gangtok is a major tourist attraction in India and it attracts thousands of tourists throughout the year. The place is a high demand tourist spot for its magnificent beauty and scenic view of the Mt. Kanchendzonga which is highly visible from the city and it is a fantastic view to see the giant peak standing white with snow and tall in the range.

I like this city because of its cleanliness, beautification and scenic view of the nature around the city. The place is one of the popular hill stations in India.
